Step 1: Login to Help.center
Open help.center dashboard.
Step 2: Click on Share
Step 3: Copy the widget code
Click on the copy icon to copy the code snippet.
Step 4: Paste code snippet
Add the code snippet to the HTML code of your website. You can add the code preferably before the closing of the </head> tag.
Once the code is added, you will have a floating help icon on your website, through which customers can access the widget and articles.
