How categories work in Help.center
Categories are used to classify articles into different groups. These are added in your Notion table as shown below:

Here, there are 3 categories. These categories are shown as blocks on the home page of your help.center.

Managing your categories
First, open your help.center dashboard. Under Settings > Categories, you will find the Category editor.

Start by adding a meaningful short subtitle for each of the categories. You can also set the icon for your category. Currently we support emojis and links to images as category icons.

Similarly, do the same for the other categories and click on Save categories.

Tips
1️⃣ When you edit a category name, it will automatically change in your help.center.
2️⃣ Upon adding a new category, make sure to add a subtitle and icon under the Category editor.
3️⃣ You can rearrange the categories in the Categories editor by dragging.
